cannot flash DM 800

I have tried webrowser and serial with dreamup. Its just stays on calculating check sum or with browser keeps waiting and with oozoon it says file too big. I am using dreamup 1.3.3.0
The box is on original firmware and updated via their site whatever the update was
so.......
and the cables are fine as my 7020 works
it says in firmware:

So whats up with this box ????

Are you getting an IP number displayed in the display window when you press and hold the power button whilst reconnecting the power mate?

yes I am managed one box to load oozoon via web browser but other is.... and other also shows ip but keeps trying to connect and upgrade firmware

It Takes Years M8 NOW MANAGED THEM 10 mins. via web browser

Absolutely no probs here, used both DreamUp, and web browser, 2 mins max.
