Hi can anyone advise please, I have a TOMTOM G910.

I would like to upgrade to Traffic but was wondering if I could make mine a 910t version? What hardware is required? (Without having to buy the external antenna).

What is required to make the unit traffic, is it hardware or software to alter it internally to make it Go910t?

Any help on the matter is greatly appreciated

You can buy a traffic receiver that plugs into the GO. I've had one for awhile and never use it because it doesn't lock onto the radio signal for long, if at all. Totally rubbish.

You're better off using a bluetooth phone and subscribing to the TomTom traffic service, but even that can be a nightmare. Its always hit and miss as to whether you follow the advice or not as often I have ignored it and found that the 5 hour traffic delay doesn't even exist - the detour it recommended would have considerably delayed the journey.
