Scanning for Channels

Hooked up my 800, scanning 19.2 Astra all I get is 7 channels, on other occasions I get none or just 5! This is my second box as I thought the first was playing up! Any suggestions. I am using Blackhole image

at the bottom of the page change network scan to yes
this should then scan the other transponders in

or change type of scan to single sat instead of single transponder
or even change to multisat, select/de-select the sats you want and then go do something else for a while!
