new image but no Premiere ****

Just loaded a new image on my mates Dreambox 500 but when I scanned the satellite ( 19 East) he says he can no longer get the Premiere **** channels are they still transmitted all day as the transponder loaded with the other channels (Premiere Start,RTL Crime etc)

do you know the Premiere **** in the dreambox are under
