Edison reciever

I have an echostar 808 2CI and today bought a Viaccess cam for it to read a card. Both tested at the store before I bought but my receiver won't read the CAM.

The dealer sells Edison receivers which I have never heard of but which I might buy if mine is duff when he checks it out tomorrow.

Anyone heard of the Edison 2600 please and if so is it any good?

think edison receivers are from germany, the 2100 can be used for card sharing, not sure if the 2600 can do mthe same though, google should bring up a few sites to checkout
