what dish should i look to get?

i'm going to get a new set up (finally)... at the moment i have a solid dish but i think that caused the trouble with my motor when we had high winds.

So i don't know what to do, should I get a new solid dish with the new motor.... or get a mesh dish to let the wind thought.

if i went with a mesh dish would i pick up the weaker signal channels that i can get with solid dish.... i remember reading or someone telling me that mesh dish aren't that good?

as as solid in high winds, it might let a light breeze pass through but it wont make a jot off differance in a high wind.
