As of today you are now able to download the newest software OTA (02.25)on 19.2 EAST for those like me who may not prefer upgrading via the internet.

My upgrade took 50 minutes but was successful and the HD 8000 rebooted itself fine.

I contacted Vantage on Monday by e-mail and they responded quickly in getting the new version OTA today.:respect-049:
