HD 200 receiver signal problem

I have a signal problem with my Mvision HD 200 receiver. I have no signal on 16 east unless i change motor set-up menu from usals to motor. All the other satellites work ok on usals but not on motor. Please how can i get a signal on 16 east to work on usals like the other satellite positions.

There are a few bugs in the software have you tryed 117 when I put it on usals for 42east it went to 42west

i am using 116, don't think there is any problem with the software it may be something i have changed in the motor/usals menu?, any ideas.
