problem with my technomate 5500

when i switch sats say from 1 west to 16 east it shows on the screen that the dish is moving when it stops there is no signal - i have checked and the dish hasnt moved at all - does anyone know what the problem could be ??

Mine does that occasionally. I then select a different satellite and it moves OK.
