Motorised dish problems

I have just had a motorised dish installed and he set it up on a technomate where all the sats come in but on my dreambox i get nothing he didnt no how to use the dream.
it has go to x function its Technomate 2200 motor and i think i need to setup my longitude and lat which is Latitude = 51.5711, Longitude = 0.1009 but i dont know how to input it properly because i get no sats. Anyone got any ideas on how to input it properly ive got msn if anyone can help.

have you looked in motor installtion meny in your dreambox. I think it is under programsearch.

There you choose the goto function and type in your numbers.

no being funny m8 if you have payed some1 to fit dish for you and its not working propley get him back out 2 sort it

yeah i know what you mean im ****ed off but it works fine on his technomate maybe im entering my long and lat wrong have i got the right one? For IG3 8ND?

.1 east 51.6 north, even with the wrong coords in if you select goto 0 you should pick up 1 west

if it works on the other stb just put the same long and lat in can be that hard can it .

On the technomate i dont need to insert it, it just works fine.

all stb have to have long and lat put in m8 . look on the net for long and lat or a sat nav will give you it , some one must of put it in th et/mate iv had a good few stb and all need this if the motor is usals

if its the same as my dreambox go menu6 set up service searching ok motor set up and put in your laon and lat job done , mine is 2.005 west lon and lat is 51.002 north . your will not be the same this is for bristol .

I tried that and the only 2 satellites i get when i go drive to satellite are 13e and 19e.
What the hell is wrong this is a joke.

if it ok on one stb then i should work on the other , it does should like the motor is not set right can you get thor ??, have you set the dreambox up right as you need to add each sat and then scan , i also run t/mate and dreambox on same dish and all been ok . but you need to no how to set it up , tell us what you have done and we might be able to help ,
