DiSEqC 1.0/DiSEqC 1.2 and vbox 2

i am thinking of changing my setup.
dish is at the bottom of my garden app 120 feet.
vbox2 to control 36v hh from my shed (next to dish)
controlled by diseqc from the house.
would this distance be too much from receiver to vbox.

I have the same setup (dish at bottom of garden 30m from house), changed my ad3000 for a TM6900 recently, with vbox2 and works like a dream.

I have also connected my sly dish to the system with a switch, and that works too. Switch on the lnb side of the vbox, set as channel 1 on Diseqc 1.0 setting, and motorised dish on channel 2 controlled via diseqc 1.2.
