I just read it on another board, it seems to make sence.
-----------------------------------------------------
The 12.015 and 12.128-frequencies give 66.6 Mbps. The "old" HD-frequencies 11.341 V, 11.421 H and 11.434 V give 55.703 Mbps each.
And now to the point: CAMs in general can cope with up to 58 Mbps as far as I know, the Diablo-cam no exception. This means that the Diablo is not fitted to handle the bitrates that these two transponders illuminate. Most cams have that limitation, as I understand it. I think that newer cams, as the Tecnicrypt CX-cam, will work with those bitrates (with original card, of course).
So what to do? Subscribtion to CD for those who can. Or use the M2+ card. Works perfectly here!
The good side of these transponder-switches is that 12.015 H and 12.128 H have "T2"-coverage, which means that they cover most of Europe opposite to most other transponders on Thor 5, that have "T1"-coverage, which covers northern part of Europe.
At the moment another HD-channel is broadcasting from the 12.015 H-transponder, called YLE Peking HD, presently broadcasting FTA, but I'm shure it will be crypted before the olympics start. But if the M2+-card lives that long, this problem will be solved...

What does the cam have to do with the video bitrate? As far as I'm aware only encryption related data travels through the cam.
