I live just outside Northampton and can,t receive 7W on my 1mtr dish,can some please help me with what size dish you think i would need from this location?:respect-051:

You should get something on a 1m, i used to get some frequencies on my old 90cm dish, and get all vertical channels on my current 1.2m

A chap in Oxford has a 1.2m and gets all V transponders and some H transponders.
I get all V transponders in good weather with a 1m in Suffolk coastal.

or to answer the question posed , lol

you probably need something like a 1.8 metre dish and good lnb , possibly even bigger to be sure of the ones that are the difficult ones to get

I am in Birmingham I have tried a 1.8 channel master last year and could not get the main sports channel11996h which i presume is what you want, I then purchased a 2.4m Channel master and can get all channels 24/7 however in rainy conditions some channels I get picture break up.
