Please help me find detailed instruction how i can put image on iboot, MMC ?

Which file need asign from iboot programme when flash mmc ? Like flashtools(vlc show me) or other ? In image folder is many files. With TM center no problem, his itself asign what need from folder, but how with iboot ?

boot the flash when using iboot , then install the iboot extra run file using iboot , reboot the receiver and boot the flash again , then load images using iboot onto the mmc or hdd depending which you use ( I load onto mmc )

After any custom firmware may i flash direct back to original TM 9100 Super Firmware or possible some problems ?
