Parental lock

Hi everybody,
Is there any Parental master lock code for the Dreambox DM800, or someone tell how can I retrieve the code, cause I dont know how its been activated.
I am trying to avoid reinstall the software or perform a factory-reset.

very easy...go to setup from menu

I mean, I dont know the password because every time I try to put the password,
I get a wrong password massage. Is there any way I can I get the password, cause I dont know how its been activated.
