digi tv on 1 west

i live in belast and have a 1 metre dish - i use an technomate 5500a dcpi - when i search i only get some o teh digi t v package - when i manually input the transponers etc .. it tells me there is no signal - is is becuase o where i am or is it becasue of my reciever which is airly old |?

I live in Lisburn and could pick up all the digi tv channels with a solid lenson heath 1 Metre dish which is now for sale. I have just changed my system to diseq with a 1.1 Metre dish.
P.S. are any trees obstructing the dish??.

With a 1 Metre dish you should get all of Digi TV, providing it's not damaged and is aligned correctly.
What signal strengths are you getting, and which channels are you having problems with?

i pick up all of canal digital channels with no problem 98% signal strenegth - i think it is my old technomate 5500adcpi thats causing teh prolem - because it has old transponers on it and cant pick up digi tv as it relitvley new ???

You will need to enter 12527H 27500 in the advanced search then do an auto channel search with network on it will find them all then
