Mvison 200/Speedy firmaware?

Just received a Mvision HD 200.
Can anybody please tell me how do I load the speedy firmware into the the receiver?

load it onto your pendrive, insert in the usb port, enter menu and load file...

Important!!!
Always do a factory reset after you load the file

excuse my ignorance but what is speedy firmware?

I tried the new 123 firmware and it does seem more stable!!, and always save your channel list of favourites etc before loading the new firmware.
