GP2 screen........

seems to be stuck its says Loading Enigma...... beneath the GP2 banner, should the loading sign stop at somestage its been doing it for ages now since s reboot or is this normal?

depends on what you call ages mate, images do tend to take a long time to boot, don't forget on the 800 images are about 80 or 90 Mb.

yes but is the loading Enigma message normally staying on there all the time when it has fully loaded

wwe, can you press yellow, you should be able to see a few providers, it could be you haven't got any channels tuned in.

harshy, this is a nightmare not a nice dream at all, yes i have providers loades they were preloaded when i configured the gp2 setup but nothing clears. I also set up 2 sats 13, and 19.2 the dish moved to 13 annd loaded the first transonder only, then stopped, eventhough it was set for the whole satellite. I can't even get fta chaeenls to light up

how are you doing have you a picture yet of any sorts, I thought this would be the easy bit and the cams settings the hard part.

Hello wwe, with my limited setup, I get some channels off 19.2E and 13E, but I am also missing channels off early transponders, me too is also planning to go motorised, I really hope you will succedd in getting your setup working.

You are absolutely right though the tuning should be effortless but it isn't.

hi guys i was suffering at first but try loading up a channel list try looking for likra settings they are really good, as for stopping on gp screen that will happen if it has rebooted and not got a channel to view. so if you try and use a button ie bouquets button something will happen to prove it has loaded.

i use dreamset for sending channel list's to the box really easy to set up
let me know if you need the channel list.

Yeah mine does the same, a little worried at first that it wasnt booting fully although everything appeared to work okay.
