Mvision hd 200 very slow

My new receiver is very slow to switch on ie 30 secs to 1 min. Does anyone have this problem or know of a solution.

Switch on from standby or when powered off?
I dont have this problem , i use gxmax 1.23.
I had some other problems but seems more stable with this version now.

On from standby. Sorry I don't understand much abut software, what is gxmax 1.23. and where do I get it?
