digiturk and dreambox 800

hi i'm hoping to get myself a digiturk card,but dont know if it will activate in my dreambox 800 or will i need a dedicated receiver,also heard that the spormax channels won't decode other than in turkey,but surely,this can't be right providing you have paid for the right package
