echostar initialising problem

Hi,
Any AD3000ip owner ever had any problem getting the cams to initialise
when the reciever is turned on.
tried 2 different cams in both cam slots but nothing appears to happen and both cams worked ok 24 hr earlier.
could this be the end of my beloved echostar??

hi -carbonne -
i,v 2 of these recievers they are both ok with dragon or trex cams
but neither of them will recognise a diablo ?? both of them are on software version ESVIAP 1000

thanks for reply chorleycat,
my software is set at 1100.
got a diablo last week which worked fine over the weekend,
neither matrix nor dragon work in the reciever now.
not looking good......

wonder if your echo pins have broken hold your cams up to the light and see if there are any blockages,hope not! happened to me with my echo3000 some time ago just a fta toy now.

Hi carbonne, i have an echostar
a d 3000 ip never had a prob with fitting a diablo cam I have a 2.2 & a 2.3 . alsoa dragon-t rex&an ice crypt. think you must look else where for your prob. regards doc squires.
