Hotbird 13e

Please Help!!
My brother lives in Sicily and He has a Vantagex221 ci.I download all the channels from hotbird 13e,I use Winup26 for the firmware & softcam to change the keys,maybe I'm doing something wrong,because I can only open a few of them.

which channels can you open ?

as polsat should open and a few others on hotbird

can he get 1west as there is digitv and conax channels open with diablo

make sure you have the latest softcam as the keys change
