itv not listing on freesat box

i have just done a first time install and all the itv channels are not in the freesat list but they do come up when i search non freesat channels.
has anybody had this problem or is it just itv not tagging them correctly?

its a bush sd receiver

It seems like the transponder table in the box has predefined the channels with certain frequencies.

Recently there has been a lot of chopping and changing of the channel allocation on 28E to accomodate Ch4 (and soon Five as well).

AFAIR some of the ITV regional variations seem to show up as encrypted even though they aren't.

I also have the Bush SD and it get's all the ITV channels.

You should also see some new channels in the Freesat list such as France24.

Maybe do another First time Install.

If you put in a Scottish postcode you don't get some ITV channels I think?

yes i get france 24 i have another bush freesat that i set up a few weeks ago that has all the itv channels. i did do a fresh install twice but still no itv :(

well i have noticed that others have this problem with other receivers so it must be that the idents for the itv channels are wrong. a great advert for this new service:applause-003:

Unless something has changed recently the itv variations have never been listed on the freesat channels epg (just like sky). At position 103 you should get the itv service for whatever postcode you put in.

Freesat receivers have all the regions listed in the EPG. Certainly all the BBC Regions, but maybe not the ITV regions.

hi montydon ,as you asked the question on [ freesat hd ] section , im wondering if you mean " itv hd" and as you have a bush sd box you wont get itv hd,..itv sd should already be on your box i presume,..beg pardon if i got it wrong,...cheers.

well after a few days all the itv channels have appeared!!!

But on a Bush HD does the ITV HD only appear via a red button? Its not actually on the epg?
