Loading TPS.bin using USB

I see there is a TPS.bin file for the TM series - how can I load this using my USB stick? I normally update using the TMSoftcam.

i thought the tps bin file had to be loaded with a null modem cabe only
but i read this elsewhere i dont know if it's a fact:------
tps bin file for use with TM 14/8/08.patch and the 22/08/08.patches only
it can be download 2 ways mem stick or null modem cable.
i do know this bin file only works on certain tm models only
i have a tm 6900 and it cant be used on this model
i hope users with other models can offer info on if this is correct

hi, i always load tps bin files using mem stick on my tm 5400ci+.

as far as im aware it works using mem stick on tm 5000 models and it must have 22/8/08. patch. you download todays tps bin file unzip and drag to stick. now its same as softcam to install, hope this helps.
