Many years ago the Humax 5400 used to be one of the top receivers available. At that time, groups of amateur satellite enthusiasts got together to create their own software updates. These were then released on the internet under the ToH / HoT banner. The said updates will only work on the hardware within the Humax 5400 series and have nothing to do with the manufacturer.

Subsequent Humax satellite receivers have had different (and non-compatible) hardware that has not proven very popular. This has lead to a general move to other brands.

If you want to persist with your Humax IRCI Ace, then you will have to consider a Cam / Card or computer based emulator to be able to decrypt those extra channels.
