eurobird 9 east

hi,

reloaded latest channel settings, but every time i try to move to a eurobird 9e channel, the humax sends the dish to 40e!!!!

lastest toh installed, and everything else seems fine, just cant get 9e

any clues?...

hi frampton,
it looks like its one of those that have not had a position No attached, so the best way is to use the position user 1 and retune and store, there is a guide up in the help section find that elusive sat which might help, otherwise just shout

I do not have Humax, but would it not be possible to use 10 East and rename it as 9 East, and as they are so close together you could scan the frequencies for both 9 & 10 East, that is what I did on my Technomate 6900.

this is a good idea as well, though it does work better depending on location and dish size, i used to do the same between 7/8w
