diablo and technomate 1500

Hi, just put underworld 132 and data file on a diablo light cam 2.3 and put in my technomate the picture clears on canal+ D N S but I cant get rid of the no access banner in the middle of the picture, any suggestions on to get rid of the banner.

do you have a card in your receivers card slot, this may be the reason you are having this message

Many thanks compass, I had digitalb in card slot, as soon as took it out the no access went, thanks again.
