hi am new to this game i have tmate 1600ci and i av put the new patch 01.09.08 but it does not work plz help

what are you trying to open , tell us that and we might be able to help try premier on astra 19 if that works then the patch is working

well i am trying for zik/xxl and i cant even find premiers only one i have found is paris premier please help how do i get all the channels

your on hotbird , for premier you will need to be on astra as for xxl you will need to load the tps bin file ever 2 days but in mot sure it works on the 1600 . does on most t/mate but im not sure with the 1600 / have a good read will help also

well i have twin lnb how do i get all these channels in my box i think my box is pre loaded with channels how do i load the box to get all the channels is it factory setting in the menu section when i try to go to factory settin it ask me for - - - - pin
