TM6900 Super Firmware Udate

After installing the latest Firmware update from TM for my TM6900 Super, I lost all the Sat additions and positions I laboriously installed, last week.
How do I make a copy of the current sat positions and reload again, so that I don't have to go through it all again, everytime I install a firmware update ?

When you save your channel list it saves your sat positions and settings with it. So you should always save your channel list before doing an upgrade just in case. If you have an old one that would work.
