new setup

i have tm 5400 ci+ super /new edison 0.2 lnb/ new sat cable attached to manhatten hh100-hh120.my problem is that i am only getting 20% quality and the dish won,t move . i have also tried to connect straight from tm to lnb , i have moved dish up /down but quality stays the same 20% in red bars.it is a new reciever and lnb so i think the problem must be with cable.

Are you sure that you are aligned with a satellite, and if so which one please.

i previously had this setup with dreambox 500s and had most satellites 95% signal ,but have since replaced cable .
