Thor 3 cant get it on 2510ip

Since receiving my m2 plus card have been unable to to get thor 3 on my echostar 2510ip,tried everything edit sat edit transponder all i ever get is no channels found when i do a scan.Thanks in advance

What size dish are you using and where are you located, a general description is enough, e.g. NW England.
Can you please name some specific channels that you are trying to receive.

1meter dish im located in london all the transponder located on thor 3 when i do a scan i get no channels found.

Those frequencies are on the Nordic Beam/Central Europe, and much weaker than some other channels, but you should be able to get those with a 1m dish as I get them here in the Midlands.

Your dish might need re-alignment.

maybe we had some high winds earlier this year and i lost all satellites had to tweek them from my remote.

As stated you will need a good quality dish & LNB, and good alignment to get those channels, equally you will need some reasonable weather conditions.
