Help clark tech hd 5000 biss

I need support in view to open biss channels.

I had just up date rx 5000 with last Firmware and Softcam which includes biss keys but when i open receiver to confirm if keys are installed following the instructions i can not see the keys included in the softcam.
I had try to install manualy but i donot know the details due this fact no sucess.

Further my request of help i would like to inform that i had proced in accordance with "instructions"Post "CODES" above dtd 7-07-2007 without sucess. Maybe "artware" and "echelon" can update information, if possible i apreciate it.

Secret Menu:
1) Press 8282 (it will appear the editor for all encryption systems with all the ke*s)
2) Press button mute and then the button exit (it will appear the k*y editor for only the channel your are watching)
3) Press 8280 (it will appear the B*SS k*y editor)
4) Press mute, exit and then text (it will appear the n*gra boxk*y)
5) Press 8282 and the yellow button (it will appear the n*gra boxk*y)
6) Press 0103 (Reset Pin. The Secure Pin for the menus will be reset. It will be useful if we forget it)

Diagonostic Menu:
With the receiver in Stand-By mode:
1) Press and don't leave it the "CHANNEL ^" button on the receiver
2) At the same time press the Power-On button on the receiver
It will appear the Diagnostic Menu. When you will reboot the menu it will appear the language selection menu but it seems that you won't loose the other configurations.
If you will active the Diagnostic Menu the receiver will reset the lat and log, so, if you use a rotor and USALS you have to choose the lat and long.

How to activate the Multicas:
1) Go on the Main Menu
2) Go on System Setup and then on Secure Setup
3) Insert the PIN (default PIN is: 0000)
4) You will see MULTICAS, set it on ON

I apreciate your tentatif of help but i had just look before for the instructions copied by you from another forum ("codes").
At this moment this task it´s easear :
1)Activate multi cast
2) select chanel (to change key)
3) press 8282 and the b*ss k*y editor it will apear)
4)change the key
it,s easear the problem is that i had try to put the actual keys (ANX Portugal) TENTATIVLY but without sucess.
BEFORE THIS
1st i had actualized softcam IN THE RECIVER witch just includes the acual b*s K*ys and this channel do not open regarding other ones not B*iss (nagra etc) the actualization was sucessfull.
2nd due this i try insert keys mannualy(remot control) in accordance with above but without sucess. Can you really suport me or not?
Is it a bug in the Loader or in softcam.?:banghead:

Resuming i want to run AXN channel in my receiver (Clark teche 5000 hd)

satelite Hispassat 1c 30w

12092.00MHz, Pol V, Sr 27500, FEC 3/4, Sid:22, Pid:2202/2212

Biss provider and key

B 1F ***************** 96

Do you have also a Clark Teche 5000hd?

Are you receiving Hispasat in your country?

Is it now clear or not? could you try for mi in your receiver?

yes i have a clarke tech hd 5000c

yes i can receive hispasat

no i dont know what line to enter biss keys on. i use a diablo, not the emu firmware.

but i guess you will have to edit the softcam file that you upload to the box

use the program 'ctechmaker' to edit the softcam file.

We can edit softcam with windows regarding biss keys however the only existing information with keys is 1f ff and is the same for all keys.
I had just open channel 4 introducing a biss keys taked out from softcam but i can not open axn and i ould like to do that

The problem is that i think that key is the actual one.

yes i do.

the key in my diablo file is different , and the channel works in my box, using the diablo cam.

so i say again
