i,ve got a tom tom one put on new v8.011 software and added new maps, for software. now im stuck on finding my divice ID number

Tap screen on the GPS bars - on next screen tap screen in small box that shows your version number.
Or connect to PC & use Notepad to open up file named ttgo.bif
