adding satellite?

I want to scan 28.2 but can't see it in Positioner setup to move the dish to it. i do see it within Tuner configuration and that is set correctly. Where has it gone and how do i get it back

1) Go to sat finder and select pre defined freq and 28.2 then exit
2) Go to satpositioner and select tune then 28.2 Once happy with signal store a required.
