polsat on mv 8085

I know this seems crazy but am new to this receiver and after updating with latest softcam I am getting colour on all polsat chanels except polsat sport and sport extra and polsat, the rest appear ok. can anybody help please

Hi download latest mv-softcam file from gmax and copy to usb memory stick, make sure it is the only file on the stick. insert usb memory stick into mv receiver go to menu/smart card/key manager. then press the green button on remote and the softcam will be updated. ps if you go to main menu and cannot see smart card menu press 9 on remote 4 or 5 times and it will appear

Thanks for the info,
I've done that and could saw many interesting channels on "hotbird"
but then I've turned off and on the receiver and all of the closed channels stopped opening...

I can only watch bbc prime now,
what have I done wrong ?

the softcam file changes regularly(usually about every 2 days) so get the latest softcam and load again also check you have the latest firmware which for the MV series is 6.46
