DM800 video output problems

In the most part my DM800 seems to be working fine, but very occasionally the picture goes off for a second (sometimes even a few seconds) and then returns. I can still hear the sound and in other respects the box appears to carry on working. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so do you know what the cause is? Is it a faulty box?

I have had this sometimes usually when changing channels. I just flick back and forth and it clears.
