6900super,prem19e sports no open on red

hi, well im so stuck! on 19e prem sports and prem direck the sub menue will not open with the reb bookmark button?
i have reset the bos full factory and channel scanned, it has the latest patch and the magic patch. the chans alll open on say... tv1 etc, how the hell do i access the sub menue
the sub channels are on seperate in the channel list.
help! thanks

To get the Channel sub-menu , you need to have selected the relevant Portal first. For instance, to get the Sports sub-menu, first go to Prem Sport Portal on 11720H/27500 THEN press the Red 'BookMark' Button

thanks for quick reply, yes i have done that, bookmark now works! thanks, got 2x prem sport and 2 x direck now, why didint it scan firsttime???
