totally new to the dreambox but have managed to flash and set up the receiver with a lot of help...thanks guys...i need help with another problem...i have an echostar 300viap which i now use as a positioner(no lnb connected and no connection to the DM 800)
Menu>Set up>service searching>Tuner config.>Tuner A:alps BSBE2(DVD-S2)Configuration mode=simple,Diseqc Mode=simple,Satellite(to whatever satellite I want to search) I do this and after the search completes i store the channels and exit out of the menus and then TV>green(satellites) then >services on the newly installed satellite,this is fine and Im able to view..I then move to another satelite and repeat the same..again all ok...if i then move "back" to a stored satellite i`m unable to view the previously stored satellite or any other stored satellite..i get tuner error message...any ideas what Im doing wrong ??
