What's function in - /Menu /Installation/Advance Search/ PILOT???:toetap05:

I believe it's some extra "tone" to find or detect the transmissions on a TP.
Switching it on or off gets you to find or not find transmissions.
So on some TP settings must be on to be able to find anything.
If you get info on a TP and find nothing... experiment with it, something might turn up.

Yes, Espacialy HD channels, like 7 degrees east you have to turn Pilot on to find the HD channels.
