TCM not clearing [Archive]

Does anyone know why TCM would not be clearing with new patch?? Have TM1000 ci box.

If it is the TCM in the Prem!ere Star package on 19.2E then they have changed encryption.

Only opening with vPlug and an SSx pci card AFAIK.
