Hello,

I have just installed a 6800HD (not super) but having problems with the motor installation. I have a 36 Volt motor and a VII box. I have connected the cables as said in the manual.
What is the right motor installation? Shall I use 1,2 Diseque or USALS?
I can get the motor to move, but just manually when I press the blue button. But when I choose a satellite it says it is moving but the antenna is not moving.

What have I done wrong? Can someone give me a small guiding for the right upset for motor installation.

Thank you very much!!

Regards,

1.2 for 36 volt save each one i found best with the t/mate handset . so you will need to find each sat and save then it will then go back to each one

Have you set your east to west limits...how to do this is on pages 17 to 18 of my TM 6900 super manual...it could be a different page on your manual.

Also I use 1.2 and find it very accurate.

Thanks a lot for your help.

I have now sorted it out. I use 1.2 diseque, but I did a factory reset on the receiver first and also on the VII-box (counting down from 10 to 0).
Now it is working OK. I have not set the east-west limits, but I have saved each satellite used and they are not so close to the limits.
Thanks.
