Updated Humax 15W probs

Since updating my Humax (turned into a very long "Spring clean"), everything and more seems to be there. However have lost viewing of 15W feeds from NBC etc. I had at least 2 channels clearing ok but now none.

Is there any update I should have done to make sure I could still view these feeds or have they changed encryption during the long and protracted time I spent updating?

Had gone thru satellite website trying all diiferent nbc feeds and not got owt but there u go, what do they know aye lol.
