I have a feeling that this is not closing. It should have gone a week ago and its still here. Fingers crossed. Has anyone heard anything?????

cable client own diferrent card,cable provider reencrypt stream,eg. KD reencrypt in NAGRA2/3 Kabel BW in NDS
This is not problem of Premiere,Premiere is only satelite provider and they only change own cards,and the cable provider own.
this info is for KD 23.5E which is also replacing card but not all client had received cards
