why cant i get CCcam2.09 to work

Hi

i've used gemini images since time began:respect-050: but never have i been able to get the above came with newcs to clear all the stuff we can get on cs it certainly wont clear ***view, really struggles with free-x etc plus there's quite a few others it wont clear.

i thought that this was a quirk with the softcam and not the image, but i've just loaded blackhole v0.3 tried 2.0.9 and 2.0.10 both with newcs and everything clears, as it does wth the LT sp3 but i dont like this image though as it needs to go on the flash without BA, and i prefer multiboot.

so can someone tell me what's going on:nopity: why can't i clear all the stuff we get on cs using CCcam2.0.9+newcs1.62.........oh btw using my own uk.sub that clears ok

did you check your config and for the the 800 look at at init/d and edit it.

never heard of this file b4 where will i find it? and how do i edit it?

thanks to jakas over at gemini, after all this time i've only just discovered that gemini do use a prio file which i've never installed b4, so i copied one from one of my other images and wallah it's all working 2.08 2.09 2.10.........just though you might oike to know:woohoo-022:

has anyone managed to get the italian (0002) card read on the 800 ?

i have the 002 working on the 600 with the newcs+cccam209 but am afraid to try it in the 800 - as i have already fried one (with d 600 and a smartmouse) - cud u please post or pm me your config 4 d 800

you've got a PM.

btw if your 800 is running hot like the 600 you really should set up some cooling device, i use a small desktop fan.

have you tried on blackhole ?
I you have what settings did you have as im afriad to try in fear of killing my card.

yes mate tried every avaliable image out there worked on everyone apart from gemini, but as i say i've now discovered what the problem was and that now works.

it wont kill the card, it just wont update it, so you've got to put it back into the original box once a month or get yourself a smargo card reader.

do you have the n*s 0002 card in the smargo reader with the newsc/cccam

or its internal reader with the same cam?
