1 west -conax- radio channels

has anyone got the conax encrypted radio channels open on 12.151 V 28000
using a diablo cam 2.3

all the conax tv channels are opening ok -- for me

i,v tried with a TM 1500 ci super
and a vantage X221S ci usb

no joy -- does anyone know why this could be

there,s not any music choice "type "channels open anywhere at the moment - that i can find ?
i,m using a motorised 1.8 metre channel master
