help plz can i receive these channels

i have a humax irci 5400 and havent upgrades firware for about a year and wanted to watch the man utd v stoke city game (semi stoke interest). i have a 1.1 motorised metre dish and live in east yorkshire.

thanks, ive just spent an hour trying to find a keybin file to no avail.
can anyone point me in the right direction please?

lol finally found a valid keybin thx rico and can see prima but its showing a film ffs!!!!!!

well its actually on prima televize, no wonder i couldnt find it.
thx anyway for your help.
now to watch stoke get hammered.
