Amos 2 Signal strength seems to up a bit

Hi guys,
Check out the 10.758H 30,000 transponder on Amos 2.
Signal strength (eirp) seems to have suddenly increased quiet a bit of late.
Getting nearly 50% on a Technomate 1500 with a 1m dish near Manchester.
Previously 10.722H 27500 was my strongest signal here but now 10.759H 30,000 is blasting in.
Is it me or has anyone else noticed this ?

Hi Guys i cant pick anything up on amos have tm6900 1m dish looking on lyngsat shouldnt be able to pick any thing up unless have 1.2 m dish in south. dont know how you can pic it up in manchester on a 1m dish should be needing almost a 2m dish to get it there

Yes thats the one. Its much stronger than before and it is Amos2 but only this transponder for some reason.
Amos 3 is much harder to recieve here as the footprint of it european beam is much less fovourable,

I've noticed the signals from Amos 2 vary a lot, up and down like a yoyo!

i get a very good signal too here in london on a triax 110cm dish..

i get a few channels with my 85cm dish in the n.e..incidentally are the biss keys still known for megasports
