incompatable message

hi i have a tm 5400 ci super , when i try to download latest patch 17/11/08 I GET MESSAGE INCOMPATABLE I AM USING DARKMAN LOADER AND NULL MODEM CABLE.

Im having the same problem on the latest patch , Memory error apears
or incompatable model appears (18/12/08 )patch
