i want to put one server to octagon for watching chanels i find some url with user, pass,des key and port.so how to continue with this operation

You can try, but most of those servers are gone by the time they are published, so virtually unusable.

- menu-module
- select network (with emu on of course)
- select server setup

The rest points out itself with the items you gave (keep in mind that onscreen several buttons are mentioned)

yes peter but i think i do something wrong because there is no information about the caid. every dat its ok when try store cant find the caid

That is simply because the server is most likely already unreachable. There's no card to get info from if no server is reachable, very logical I believe.
Try the same using an internal server (for example newcs), you'll notice it reacts immediately and you'll get the hang of it in doing so.
By the way, you did input all necessary info in "port edit" (green button) under server setup I trust ?
