MVision HD 200C Cam Initializing Message

I just recently bought an MVision HD 200C and now I keep getting a message flash up on the screen every 5 -10 minutes Cam Initializing. There is no Cam in the slot and there never has been. I have upgraded it to the latest firmware 3.11 from the manufacturer. The message also appears when playing back video and will not go off the screen unless you stop playback and start gain. I have done several factory resets but with no luck. Anyone go any ideas?

try reloading the firmware or try the unoffical Gxmax F3.11

Hi Jackpot. Thanks for your prompt reply. This is a bit of strange one. I changed the HMDI lead to a shorter one 1.8 M, the original was 5M (that's all they had in the shop at the time) . I left the unit on for hours going from live to playback and the message has not shown since????

I have exactly the same problem than mickb (with an DHMI cable of 5 meters) and I would like to know if he has still no "CAM Initializing" after having changing it for a shorter cable or if the problem reappeared.
I find that annoying because my HD200 is far from the videoprojector. :flowers-007:

I have already 1m cable but it does not solve the problem, I think its the software from GXMax couses problem.

If using a Diablo cam dont use G X Max software use original only
